About the Presenter

Although Belinda worked in accounting for many years, she was always drawn to the connection between body, mind, and soul. She tried different alternative health & wellness modalities over the years to overcome her own anxiety issues and fear of death. She saw a Behaviour Therapist, did Bio Feed Back Sessions, tried Reiki, Bowen Therapy, Massage Therapy, Reflexology, saw a psychologist and did EMDR(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Trauma Therapy using music to release repressed emotions and painful experiences from the body and did Body Talk( again releasing emotions using tapping). Every modality helped as each modality has its own wisdom. She also read several self-help books, particularly Eckhart Tolle and Byron Katie’s, but was still stuck and suffering.

The universe always gives us exactly what we need to grow and evolve. The company she worked  for 20 years was taken over by another company. This was a perfect opportunity for Belinda to change careers. Her next career move was to pursue a career in Body-Talk and become certified as a Body-Talk Practitioner. Soon after, she hit the jackpot when she discovered the Self-Help Dalian Method, transforming As a result, As a result, herself in one session. She was able to let go of a chunk of her fears and anxiety issues. Furthermore, she understood how to transform her fear of death and being killed by seeing the root cause. Her confidence soared. It was then that she knew that she had to share this with the world. Self-Help Dalian Method is a breakthrough in healing, transforming health, anxiety, depression, fears, trauma, relationships, developing self-trust, and unlocking potential. The client takes responsibility for his or her own healing and transformation. Eliza Mada-Dalian, the creator of the Dalian Method, was a teacher and mentor to Belinda. Mada is Intuitive, Zen Master and a  Scientist of the Human Condition. Since 2015, Belinda has been a facilitator of the Dalian Method and has been working with Mada for almost a decade. Her passion for the Dalian Method stems seeing the power of the Dalian Method after her own transformation, healing and evolution and that of her clients . The impact she can have on people’s lives can be achieved by addressing their emotional challenges, increasing confidence, and developing trust, which will reduce pain and suffering. Business owners too can benefit from Belinda’s services by expanding their vision, and taking risks. Belinda believes that life is a school to learn, explore, grow and evolve. Having worked on her own issues for many years, she strongly believes that we all have similar negative thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Being scientific about how we feel and understanding why we react to certain people or situations can make life easier. Our lives are like a dance, we need to embrace everything and just live moment by moment. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, meditating, dancing, and long walks in nature.
